The City of Moriarty is looking to register food truck vendors to set up at various city sponsored community events. A vendor would need to fill out an application, pay a $25 fee for a license to do business (valid January – December), provide a NM CRS number, and proof of Environmental Health Inspection. The City would then keep a listing of all eligible food truck registrations, and provide a permit at the time of a sponsored event.
